At Timberline Equipment Rentals, we want your project to run smoothly and safely. Our equipment and trailers are carefully maintained and guaranteed to be in good working condition when you pick them up. To make sure everything goes as planned, please review our rental guidelines:
Equipment Rentals
A $500 deposit is required on all equipment rentals.
Renters are responsible for fuel during use.
Renters are responsible for damage to the machine, including broken hoses or parts caused by misuse (normal wear and tear excluded).
Equipment will be inspected before and after your rental so everyone is on the same page.
Proof of insurance is required at the time of rental.
Trailer Rentals
A $500 deposit is required on all trailer rentals.
Renters are responsible for any damage to the trailer during the rental period.
Trailers will be inspected before and after your rental.
Proof of insurance is required at the time of rental.
We provide tie-down straps so you can secure your load safely.
